At our Peterborough Orthodontic Centre we are fortunate to be able to offer all that modern orthodontics has available to our patients from fixed braces that you cannot see. We also treat patients using removable and fixed alternatives. The right treatment for you depends on your needs, some of the possible solutions are detailed below.
Fixed braces (commonly know as train tracks) are fitted permanently until the desired straightening of teeth is achieved. The fixed braces, which may be total or partial, are comprised of brackets interconnected by metallic and elastic arches and fastened to the teeth with an adhesive substance. There are options for metal braces and tooth coloured ceramic braces.
Treatments
Unlike traditional metal braces, our clear braces systems use ceramic brackets which are blended to your natural teeth.
